We may be off to spend the weekend with my parents (who have electric and AC and TV! I miss TV.) More to come ...
UPDATE: I wrote the above right before I left my nice air conditioned office (seriously, people, I felt guilty because it was COLD there) and came home to .... my place, which had POWER! I hugged the TV set, seriously. All is well in the Keepergirl household.

We're still trying to get settled into our new place, which is awesome, by the way. Complicating things are the storms that blew through Wednesday evening and then again this morning, knocking out power to over 500,000 people in the area, including us. There are worse things going on in the world right now, but this has been pretty annoying to us and the pets.
